Below is the FAQ regarding pre-orders for our NECA CLUB x ALIEN program. We may update this page in the future as we receive additional questions. Sign Up for Updates to receive announcements as more news is released.
What is NECA CLUB x ALIEN?
NECA CLUB x ALIEN is an exclusive club aimed at the hardcore, completionist Alien action figure collector. Membership provides access to all of NECA’s 7" scale Alien action figure releases, including convention and retail exclusives, with an end-of-year Club exclusive for qualifying members.
Why should I join?
Guaranteed access and special bonuses! When you place an order with NECA CLUB x ALIEN, we will reserve that item for you and your shipment is guaranteed. NECA CLUB x ALIEN bonuses are exclusive to the club and are not available in retail stores. So don't miss out!
How do I join?
The Aliens Series 13 Assortment is the first release in our NECA CLUB x ALIEN 2018 program. This first pre-order is the first required purchases for the NECA CLUB x ALIEN 2018 program. Make sure you place your pre-order before supplies run out.
How do I qualify to buy the end-of-year exclusive?
Each year, everyone who purchases every Alien action figure release offered by NECA CLUB x ALIEN in that year through the NECA CLUB x ALIEN website will get access to the limited-run, Club-exclusive at the end of the year. Purchases must be made through the NECA CLUB x ALIEN website. Figures purchased through other websites or in stores will not count toward the requirement.
Will the purchase requirement include your larger scale action figures, like the 18” inch figures?
No. NECA CLUB x ALIEN is ONLY for our 7” scale Alien action figures. No other items will be included in the purchase requirement. Members will not be required to buy 1/4 scale action figures, accessory sets, foam replicas, etc.
How do I maintain my membership?
We will reveal more products throughout the year. If you have signed up for the Club, you will receive an email when a new product is revealed. To maintain your membership, simply purchase each new Alien action figure product as it is released and announced on the NECA CLUB x ALIEN website. Remember: supplies are limited. So don't miss out!
Will I get a box every month?
NECA CLUB x ALIEN is not a monthly subscription box program. You will only receive product if you buy product. We may not release a new product every month. Some months may have more than one release and some months may not have a release.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, you simply stop buying the products released as part of the NECA CLUB x ALIEN program. Just know that to get access to the limited-run, Club-exclusive figure at the end of the year, you will need to have purchased every release offered through the NECA CLUB x ALIEN program for that year from the Club website.
When do I have to pay for my order?
You will receive an email notification email when a new product is released on NECA CLUB x ALIEN. The email will contain instructions for you to place your order for that item. You will pay when you place your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
The site accepts all major credit cards (or debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard symbol) and PayPal for payment.
Can I cancel an order?
You may cancel an order by following the instructions in your order confirmation email. Remember that to get access to the limited-run, Club-exclusive figure at the end of the year, you will need to have purchased every release offered through the NECA CLUB x ALIEN program for that year from the Club website. If you cancel an order, you may not qualify.
Will I be charged sales tax/VAT?
In the United States: We are required to charge sales tax on items shipped to addresses in certain states. You will see any sales tax during the Check-Out process.
In the EU and UK: You will not be charged VAT.
Where do you ship?
In the United States: We ship to street addresses only. We cannot ship to PO boxes. Our shipping rates are based on NECA's negotiated UPS rates for UPS Ground shipping.
In the EU and UK: We can ship to street addresses located in the United Kingdom and the EU.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Standard ground shipping.
What are the shipping rates?
You may view shipping rates by adding items to your shopping cart and proceeding to the Shipping Method stage of the Check-Out process
When will my order ship?
When each release is revealed, it will have an estimated shipping date listed on its description page. This is an estimated ship date and it will be updated on the description page as necessary. You will receive a notification email when your order ships.
Can you hold several of my orders and ship them all at once?
Only if specifically requested, we can hold your orders and ship multiples at once. You would still be charged for each order upon receipt of your confirmation email, but we would ship all held orders at the time you specified.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes – please make this request when you reply to your confirmation email.
What is the NECA CLUB x ALIEN return policy?
We do not accept returns; however, we are happy to exchange defective items at no cost to you.
If you receive an item that has a manufacturer's defect we are happy to ship a replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide an image of the defect. NECA will cover all shipping fees to and from our warehouse on defective items. Defective items may only be exchanged for the same item.

Can I place orders or receive customer service by telephone?
We currently do not perform any customer service or order placement by phone. Our system has been designed solely to process web-based information. We are always happy to answer any questions or concerns via email.
Will NECA keep all my information private?
