2021 CONVENTION EXCLUSIVES SALE FAQ
Below is the FAQ regarding orders for NECA's 2021 Convention Exclusive figures. We may update this page in the future as we receive additional questions.
PLACING AN ITEM IN YOUR CART DOES NOT MEAN IT IS RESERVED FOR YOU. THE ITEM IS NOT YOURS UNTIL YOUR PAYMENT IS PROCESSED. STOCK CAN RUN OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR TRANSACTION.
PLEASE NOTE ALL SALES ARE FINAL, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH WITH THE PURCHASE BEFORE COMPLETING THE TRANSACTION. WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING CANCELLATION REQUESTS
WE ALSO DO NOT GUARANTEE MINT CONDITION PACKAGING, IF THE PACKAGING HAS A SLIGHT DING OR CREASE IT IS NOT SUBJECT TO A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
WHEN WILL THE SALE GO LIVE?.

TIME: 1 PM EST (10 AM PST)
HOW IT WORKS: We will put a set amount of stock up for sale – once that quantity is sold out, the sale is over.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY I CAN ORDER?
Yes. The limit is ONE PER HOUSEHOLD. We take a hard stance on scalpers and bots, and any duplicate orders or orders due to bot use will be cancelled. IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE IT CAN RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF ALL ORDERS YOU HAVE PLACED.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
You will be charged IMMEDIATELY on placing your order, but items will not start shipping until a week after the sale.
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
We are required to charge sales tax on purchases in New Jersey, as well as other states/countries that legally require it.
WILL YOU BE OFFERING THE EXCLUSIVES FOR SALE IN STORES OR AT OTHER CONVENTIONS?
Yes. This set will be available during the event here on TheNECAstore.com and in Target and Walmart stores across the country.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT FOR PRE-ORDERS?
This site accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. International customers please use the appropriate listings marked INTERNATIONAL ONLY LISTING.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders will begin shipping the week after the sale, however it may take several weeks for all the orders to process.
