Why Did You Start Collecting?
My recent collecting started as an impulse. I used to chop and remake figures when I was younger. I was revisiting my childhood in writings when a family friend committed suicide. I bought a figure and it became a comfort during grieving. Then it became more compulsive. I started ordering more, hunting stores, selling some, and eventually consolidating into my current collection.

Share Any Unique Details About Your Collection
I try to limit mine to 6″ figures and gravitate most toward horror characters (probably those I’d have been unlikely to find as a kid); I collect Godzilla, Freddy, Jason, Leatherface, Aliens, Chucky, Batman, and Gremlins. I started making dioramas as to alleviate stress.
