Below is the FAQ regarding orders from the NECA Store. We may update this page in the future as we receive additional questions.
PLACING AN ITEM IN YOUR CART DOES NOT MEAN IT IS RESERVED FOR YOU. THE ITEM IS NOT YOURS UNTIL YOUR PAYMENT IS PROCESSED. STOCK CAN RUN OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR TRANSACTION.
PLEASE NOTE ALL SALES ARE FINAL, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH WITH THE PURCHASE BEFORE COMPLETING THE TRANSACTION. WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING CANCELLATION REQUESTS
WE ALSO DO NOT GUARANTEE MINT CONDITION PACKAGING, IF THE PACKAGING HAS A SLIGHT DING OR CREASE IT IS NOT SUBJECT TO A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY I CAN ORDER?
For most products, yes. The limit is TWO PER HOUSEHOLD. We take a hard stance on scalpers and bots, and any duplicate orders or orders due to bot use will be canceled. IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE IT CAN RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF ALL ORDERS YOU HAVE PLACED.

The following products do not have an order limit:
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
You will be charged IMMEDIATELY on placing your order, but items will not start shipping until a week after the sale.
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
We are required to charge sales tax on purchases in New Jersey, as well as other states/countries that legally require it.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT FOR PRE-ORDERS?
This site accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.
SHIPPING
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. International customers, please use the appropriate listings marked INTERNATIONAL ONLY LISTING.
